Personal Statement:

I am inspired by the beauty of person and place. I have been fortunate to live in beautiful areas of Kansas, Colorado, West Virginia and California. I try and communicate my love for what I see and experience.

Materials:

Primarily I use La Carte sanded papers and prefer to dry mount to 4-ply cotton museum board. My choice of pastels include Sennelier, Nupastel, Unison, Terry Ludwig, Schminke, Great American Artworks and Girault pastel sticks, PanPastels, plus CarbOthello, Derwent, Pitt Pastel and Creatacolor pastel pencils.
